People are so caught up with cosmetic appearance of the grilling area. I am with a grilling area that has a storage shed that is sturdy and I have nailed boards and performed minimal touch-up work. It looks like a true bbq hole in the wall joint.

What's the distance between the grill and the wood fence and trees right behind? How to make sure it's safe? I have a similar grill and it can get extremely hot.
This is exactly what iv been searching for design wise. Perfect for what I want. I'm going to build the bottom half in concrete block and tile it in split face slate and the posts will be sat on the wall with a paved cill. Thanks for the inspiration. It looks fantastic
