  1. When you smoke sausages, or whatever, and you say you're gonna go ahead and bump it up to, just say 300° or whatever.
I can keep my temps within 20° either way. When I decide to bump the temp, it either shoots to the nethersphere or takes forever to come up. How do you know the proper amount of wood to put in to get it just right?

  2. I'm an east coast based bbq enthusiast. This series might convince me to design and build my own smoker. Been looking at Meadow Creek for a while. Keep it up please. Very inspirational and educational.

  3. You should always wear eye gear while grinding, even if you get an unlucky bounce it’ll slow it down before it hits your eye. Always wear your ear protection while welding, the frequency can damage your hearing and if you ever get expulsion from your weld in your ear (a little bb as you said) you’ll hear it snap, crackle and pop in your ear wax inside your head.

  4. I can’t wait to see the build and the cooks you do with it. I personally Have both reverse flow and traditional flow and love both. My wife doesn’t know why I need $7000 in offset smokers in my back yard but I love it. 😉

  5. Hey guy, I watch all of your videos. I like the stuff you do as im a welder myself. I said I wouldn’t be “that guy” until you mentioned wanting the right terminology for metal. So I’ll respectfully say, the “roll up tape measure” is called a wrap-around.

  6. Mr. Robinson. I'm 45 now but from about 19-25 yrs old I somehow became a welder/fabricator for trains and got pretty ok with it. You have inspired me to get a cheap setup and knock out my own offset. hopefully it's just like riding a bicycle.🤘🤘🤘

  7. Keep this type of videos coming. Enjoyable,
Brad, you may have said so in a past video but I either didn’t see it or have forgot. (Gettin up in years) but where does “Chud” come from?
