For a great meal, take apart a rotisserie chick๐ข completely and shred or slice the meat, saute onions and bell peppers till tender and add a sauce made of sour cream, heavy cream and chipotle, optionaly add a diced tomato, cook till veggies are almost too soft, add chicken, stir and serve over any style of rice.
This is So Wrong. It can be very dangerous. Do Not carve the breast with the sharp knife blade slicing towards your thumb and hand!!!! Use a fork, stick, other knife, anything but never put your hand in the path of a slicing/sawing sharp knife.
In the southern Chittagong region of Bangladesh, we use special technique to curve the chicken, thereโs no need of needling ๐๐. My grandma used to make it in the special occasions!!
