  2. My Nanna would always carve up the chook at family gathos, and the oysters were her favourite part, despite that, she’d only ever eat one after I was born and would call me into the kitchen and give me the other, ever since I was a toddler until now (21 years old) I love my Nanna xxx

For a great meal, take apart a rotisserie chick😢 completely and shred or slice the meat, saute onions and bell peppers till tender and add a sauce made of sour cream, heavy cream and chipotle, optionaly add a diced tomato, cook till veggies are almost too soft, add chicken, stir and serve over any style of rice.

  4. This is So Wrong. It can be very dangerous. Do Not carve the breast with the sharp knife blade slicing towards your thumb and hand!!!! Use a fork, stick, other knife, anything but never put your hand in the path of a slicing/sawing sharp knife.

  5. In the southern Chittagong region of Bangladesh, we use special technique to curve the chicken, there’s no need of needling 😊😊. My grandma used to make it in the special occasions!!
