These are monster #porksteaks and they’re big enough to satisfy any appetite. You’ll start by patting the blade steaks dry to remove any excess moisture. This will help to make sure you get a really good sear on the meat! Then, drizzle with oil and season.

Once your steaks are prepped, it’s time to move it over to the stovetop! Get your cast iron skillet hot with oil and sear the steaks on each side. They’ll take about 3-4 minutes to cook on each side — this is a super-fast #dinner #recipe!

Next, it’s on to the #oniongravy! Slice up an onion and set it aside. After that, add some butter to the skillet and in go the onions. Once the onions of have softened, add the flour, followed by beef broth, and Worcestershire sauce. Let it simmer and then spoon it right over the top of your pork steaks!
