1 onion
2 cloves garlic (minumum)
1 boneless pork loin
1/4 cup dijon mustard
1 teaspoon tarragon
1 teaspoon thyme
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 cups beef stock/broth

Why do you use mustard?
I made them last night I was like OMG it smells so good I’ll make them sometime that is new recipe for me but I add celery in them too and pork gravy mix

I have tried twice pork roast recipes, just like this one in slow cookers. The seasoning never really penetrates the meat and veggies like when you roast in a regular oven. Most have you include a 1/2 to cup of broth, but the veggies just sit in it, like they sit in soup. It doesnt compare to roast pork. Did not like and wont due pork roast in slow cooker unless its for shredded bbq or tex/mex type

I tried this the other night and my husband and I loved it. Had to add more stock because our slow cooker was so large, but it came out great!

no beef broth.. can I use chicken broth in it's place? Will it still taste good?

i used chicken broth, and 1 can of cream of celery soup,,,,,,,and potatoes and carrots too,,,,later i made stovetop cornbread stuffing in the last 90 minutes and it was beautiful and my husband loved it !! thanks for your video your a great teacher

I have learned so much from this guy, every recipe seems to work . I got so enthusiastic, I ordered a count down timer that will turn off the crock pot to prevent overcooking when I am gone. Todd really knows the slow cooker, I made a choc cake in it, it was excellent.
Mustard…….how about prison spreads instead, it's more fancy…..
