HOW TO COOK A TOP ROUND ROAST -easy roast beef recipe

INGREDIENTS
4 lbs Top Round Roast Beef
2 Tsp Olive oil (to baste before seasoning)
1 Tbsp Kosher salt (regular salt is fine)
2 Tsp Black pepper
1 Tbsp Onion powder
1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
1 1/2 Tbsp Rosemary
1 1/2 Tbsp Oregano
1 Tbsp Thyme
Oil for searing (browning to meat)
