  1. After washing and trimming, I drizzle on garlic olive oil and roast Asparagus at 425 for about 10-12 min. I then give it a sprinkle of sea salt when it comes out of the oven along with a little bit of lemon 🍋 juice. Yum! 😋
I love your videos, Julia! Thanks! ❤

  2. I heard somewhere that vegetables are more delicious when you cook them like meat. Broiling is certainly one way like that! I like to stir fry spears in butter, season with a little salt or use salted butter, along with a clove of crushed garlic, and maybe some chives. My veggie=hating SIL loves eating veggies at my home.

  3. A new way to have asparagus. Egg wash (or oil dip) and seasoned panko. Then bake and have a crunchy exterior and tasty asparagus spear. One can put any number of spices and seasonings into the panko. If one can do the same with a blooming onion, then having the same method for asparagus is just as great.

  4. I love roasted asparagus, too, but it's a springtime veggie. A lot of the asparagus you find in the grocery store this time of year is trash. In March or April my local store usually sells asparagus that's been grown on a local farm only 10 miles away. Absolute heaven.

  5. 3 things. 1, now I need to go to the store and get some asparagus. 2, not snapping all of them, you’re taking the fun out of it. And 3, I have no idea what you’re doing with the fish but I want the recipe for that as well.
