I've been binged watching your yt videos this weekend and knew the series of bad events from your PInas trip to the fire that brought down your famous kitchen. But when i saw this, you cooking outside your comfort , I see PInoy resilience. Pls know you inspire us, just sharing when i crave for something i always ask our ate to cook for some unfamiliar dish , but as always when we share the food its always great.
