Hi guys! I hope you’re all doing well and staying safe! In today’s video, I am sharing my flavorful, garlicky, and easy to make Salpicao recipe. I added my secret ingredient that truly gives the dish a more flavorful taste.

Ingredients:
1.29 lbs (0.585 kg) Beef Top Loin Ne York Strip Boneless
1 tsp Salt, to season the beef
Almost to a tsp of Ground black pepper
3 tbsp Oil, to sear the beef
3 tbsp Olive oil
1/2 cup Garlic, chopped or sliced
2 tbsp Water
1 tbsp Brown Sugar
2 tbsp light soy sauce
3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp Chili flakes
About 1 tbsp Lemon juice

Just use oyster sauce don’t use soy, it much more delicious.
