How to Cook Beef Sisig | KitcheNet Ph



Ingredients for Beef Sisig

500 gm Beef (minced)
1/4 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Ground black pepper
1/8 cup Oyster sauce
50 gm + 1 tbsp Margarine
4 cloves Garlic (minced)
2 pieces Red chili (labuyo) Optional
2 pieces Long green chili (lara)
1/4 cup Mayonnaise
120 gm Onion (chop)
1/4 cup Spring onion

DISCLAIMER:
To marinate the beef you can add soy sauce instead of oyster sauce if not available. The margarine that I used is salted that’s why I only mixed 1/4 tsp of salt, but you can always add depending on your prefer taste.
