  1. Baby red potatoes like these are my favorite. I prefer to roast them until crispy on the outside. They're also called "creamer potatoes" because of how creamy the potato starch gets once cooked. Great for mashed potatoes and the get crispy for home fries. Thry cook fast and the skins don't need to be peeled. The best potatoes for a home cook to buy in my opinion.
