EASY GINISANG AMPALAYA WITH PORK (exact ingredients below)

One of the healthiest Filipino dishes. It’s consists of Ampalaya or bitter gourd, sauteed with garlic, onion, egg, tomato, and pork belly. Best served with freshly steamed white rice.

Ingredients:
5 cloves garlic
2 medium size onion
2 medium size tomato
300g fried pork belly
2 tbsp fish sauce
1 cup water
3 medium size ampalaya
3 eggs (beat with 1 tbsp water)
