  1. Takes the thinnest stake in the world. Says he's going to cook it medium rare. Says he's going to turn it once a minute.
    Overcooks it to medium.
    Turns it too frequently, at one point 3 times in 5 seconds.
    Improper use of herbs, garlic and no butter.
    Cuts it diagonally to make it look thicker.
    Worst cook ever!

  2. You should be flipping the steak once on each side and you should be basting the steak not just putting butter on one side. The only reason Jamie does it is because he like to be different and blade steak isn’t the best steak if you cook it wrong it can be tough. The best steak to buy is New York strip or porter house and cooking it on a cast iron is better
