Anong cut nang beef yung ginamit? Chuck? Sirloin?
Lahat pinanood ko dto talaga sa teknik na toh masarap ung pagakakaluto less oil n try ko super binabalik balikan request sakin lage
Ok Sana na gets ko naman ang bilis ng vedio nextime po paki aus char pero gagayahin ko po salamat π
I know sirloin is the more traditional cut, but I use ribeye steak and it just takes it to a whole new level.
