Wak gominda or pork with pumpkin is a traditional Garo style recipe, which is superlatively delicious and comforting. Its one of my favorite recipes of all time and not just because its yummy but super easy to prepare. The pork is ultra tender and the pumpkin sweet however spiced by green chillies.
