This is one of my favourite Chinese homey dishes – pork chops in tomato sauce. Have vegetable and meat in it, with sour and sweet tomato sauce. You can cook it in 20 minutes, perfect to serve with plain rice.
Use the back of the knife or meat hammer to tenderise the meat, marinate it for 30 minutes. Add oil in hot pan, pan-fry it until cooked, set aside.
Add little bit more oil, cook the garlic and green onion. Then add tomatoes and some water, bring it to boit, When the tomatoes are tender, add in pork chops, and sauce cook for further 2 minutes. Enjoy!
