750grams pork kasim, menudo cut
250grams pork liver, nenudo cut
7 tablespoons soy sauce (for marinate)
3 tablespoons calamansi (for marinate)
Cooking oil for sauting
black pepper to taste
8 cloves garlic, chopped or minced
1 onion, sliced
200 grams tomato sauce
3 tbsp tomato paste
1 large potato
1 medium carrots
2 bell pepper
2 tbsp raisins
200 grams cooked green peas in pouch
1 1/2 cup water
Salt to taste
Sugar to taste
