Yep. The Koreans save the radish greens to make different kinds of kimchi — red, white, and kimchi soup!
I love America's Test Kitchen
Love this new editing style
Really impressive film format! The graphics, movement, content and music are all well done! You’ve just set a new standard for your market!
You seem all psyched about radishes but I really don't like them. I don't even think I'd try to roast them. They have a bitter taste and I don't think any type of cooking is going to make it taste any better.
Mama got some swagger!
I love radishes just as a snack. Will have to try cooking them. Thanks
As with all the other comments; WOW THIS VIDEO LOOKED IMPRESSIVE! Julia’s look was so fresh and polished, the kitchen was stunning, and the presentation was so crisp! I hope more of your projects follow this design style. It’s very pleasing and impressive!
Radishes are just a garnish.
<3 now I know what to do with the big radishes they sell at the little Korean market up the street!
absolutely agree with all the people raving about the new cinematography, editing and graphics. that look is really superb. Looking forward to more vids in that style.
someone deserves a raise for coming up with that.
I like the way this is shot and the music and everything is very informative, but I don't know if I can trust her without the popped collar.
Not a fan of raw radish. But I’m intrigued by sautéed radishes. I’ll give them a try and see.
More tightly-edited videos highlighting underused ingredients like this, please!
Please discuss the different varieties of radishes.
All I heard was boop doop boop badoop boop doop boop badoop
yay thanks julia!!
I love everything about the new style, it feels more "real".
Digging the new video style 👍
Wow! You mean all this time in previous videos, the background of the kitchen with chefs walking around wasn't just a green screen video playing?
If you haven’t already, thinly sliced strawberries, smoked ham and black pepper is great in a baguette. 😋
RAD!!
So beautiful! My book just arrived yesterday and the first thing i made today? A baguette with radishes and butter for lunch (and a glass or two of white wine!) ive been a fan for so so long, im loving the new ATK!
Lower the damn music.
Love the production value, good lord.
Bait click.
Less a 'how to', More a 'what to try'.
I came to praise the video editing but a lot of other people already noticed. Guess this means you guys hit the bull's eye, well done!
This was awesome quick information and never thought about a radish baguette, but it sounds delicious and like I need to do some experimenting.
I LOVE the style of this video
She's low key sexy
Your IG says you have a 15,000 sq. ft space, can we get a tour? Also can you show us what the finished dish looks like? I was curious as I've never had a radish prepared like that before and I would like to try making them.
Family thinks I'm wierd for putting radishes in my pot roast veggies, but I love em.
Thank you for this new look. One of the things that is off-putting about this channel is the way no one looks at the camera and speaks to the viewers. Whatever they have to say to the viewers they say to each other, and it's clear that their co-host is being told things they already know. It has an old fashion quality about it and makes the viewer feel unincluded and ignored. Having said that, I look forward to more videos like this
0:45 Miso Honey, Me love you long time.
Bring back the popped collar!
I hit thumbs down because personally, radishes are right up there with Brussels sprouts as a totally “make me wanna gag” veggie. I’m probably in the minority though. I did have someone sneak some shredded radishes on a street taco once. I forgave them.
Loved how this was filmed. Pleasing to my eyes! Well done! The graphics were very clever, too!
Collar down?! What's this world coming to??
I grow radishes in my garden just to roast them and eat a huge bowl of them
Love the look and style of this video. Also, WHERE did that beautiful board come from❓❗️❓
I love the way this was filmed and edited, as always Julia did a wonderful job presenting. The one time I cooked radishes I didn't enjoy them (I'm sure I couldn't have cooked them right) but I'll try again thanks to this video. Thank you!
I knew 😉
is that large radishes or tiny watermelon?
Interesting but ….
MUSIC WAS ANNOYING
STOP !!
I loved how quick a snappy this was
