What's the music?
What I like to do is buy spare ribs and trim them down to baby back ribs and smoke them on my outdoor smoker. All of the trimmed peaces of meat I then put into my instant pot and cook them for my afternoon meal as I wait six hours for my ribs to cook for dinner.
I don't have that rack but I put my ribs in the pot they were fall off the bone tender I have never had ribs so tender and so quick

This is the best way to make ribs 👑 here it is if the video was too fast for you.. dry rub and fridge for 1 hour, place in instant pot upwards not stacked flat, high pressure normal for 9 mins, baste and glaze on grill over high heat until browned
