  1. There's no such thing as a "perfect" steak, let alone "the most perfect" which is utter nonsense. Perfect implies an absolute value. There can't be lesser or more perfect. Perfect is perfect. My perfect is different than the other 8 billion perfects. Tastes differ from person to person. I know this might be shocking for you Americans.
Then there's the heat, size and thickness of the stake, oil or lard used, pan thickness or pan material, which differ from person to person.
Then there's the temperature of the steak before grilling it.
Then there's the butter which to some it's completely unnecessary. Then there are the spices and herbs. Put rosemary in there and I'll barf immediately.
Then there's the silly touch method nobody uses, including Gordon Ramsay. Shockingly, all hands are different as well as the sense of touch.
Theres so much bs in this video.
If by any chance your steak turned great it's because you've nailed it, not because of this bs "guide".

  2. when you put oil on the meat, it becomes hard, if you want soft and juicy meat, grind it in water or in butter… the meat is really soft in the water… and the chicken is juicier and tastier in the water

  3. temperature matters so much it shouldn't be left out. Too hot and the butter will burn, not hot enough and the steak wont sear properly too hot and it'll burn any seasoning besides salt and cook too fast, etc.
