HOW TO COOK YUMMY PAKSIW NA PATA!!!



This is how I make a yummy, fall off the bone paksiw na pata

INGREDIENTS
-2pcs chopped onions
-6cloves garlic chopped
-2Kilos pork pata sliced
-1/2tsp salt and ground black pepper
-6Tbsp soy sauce.
-7Tbsp vinegar
-2pcs dried bay leaves
-1tsp whole peppercorn
-6Tbsp brown sugar

  1. a few years ago i followed a braise pork belly recipe and for some odd reason they said to add 6 cups of soy sauce, so i did. after the meat was tender, i tasted it and instantly regret putting that much soy sauce in it. Dont know how and why i thought that was ok at first. Such a waste of pork and soy sauce, had to throw it all in the bin afterwards, far too salty to consume. 🤮
