Bro, you gotta get you a classic pit barrel. You can do them ribs as a set it and forget it. 1hrs 40. No flip no fuss. Pull sauce and eat. You can run like 8 rack of ribs and a whole chicken or two.
Man you put your ankles in those ribs 🔥💪🏿
Great channel bro I use similar methods when direct grilling. I've done some shorts showing my BBQ but you've inspired me to post and or go live while I'm grilling. 👊🏿 Blessings to you and your beautiful family 🙏🏿💪🏿
What brand of low sodium soy sauce are you using ?
Send me a message bro and I'm going to send you some Kansas City barbecue sauce make you put that Sweet Baby Ray's down
Really well done, friend. You've got a talent. Thanks for posting this. A real pick-me-up on multiple fronts.
THANK YOU. I FINALLY FOUND SOMEONE THAT KNOWS HOW TO COOK RIBS LIKE MY STEPDAD HE'S FROM ALABAMA GOD REST HIS SOUL BUT THANK YOU SO SO MUCH 👑👑💯💯
Love the way you cook! That's the way I started a d after seeing this I am going back. Not a major fan of smoked ribs.
How much charcoal 5, 10, lb?
Delicious
Looks good brother bless you and your family
New to grilling ribs, nice tips. I was taught indirect heat and wrapped in foil so this is blowing my mind lol.
I salute you and your family! Damn good ribs!!!!!
I do all mine direct
Indirect has its uses, but for ribs, wings, thighs and quarter direct method is the best. You remind me so much of my father when I was growing up. He would call me over to his grill and say, "come here boy, I'm trying to learn you something" . Glad I paid attention, thanks for the vid and sharing your knowledge with us.
I was looking for a good video. I'm planning to grill tomorrow. I will try what you said. I'm glad you mentioned brown sugar. I was going to try and I'm not now. Lol thanks for the tip
He did that!!! They looked delicious and I would have had a chair next to the grill waiting for him to pass me one lol….
Damnit man, I’m green with envy.👍
I’ve had direct grilled ribs that were good and bad it depends on who’s doing the cooking. Those looked awesome. Keep up the good work bro 👊🏽
where did you buy the plastic bottle
Look good
Yes Sir! That's how I learned to cook them growing up in Memphis. The only thing I do differently now is mix the rib rubs together with the olive oil (learned this in Germany) and pour that over my ribs in a zip lock bag and refrigerate them overnight. Also, as a backup way to tenderize them… I use my oven and set it at 375 degrees and bake them wrapped in foil for 45 mins. They come out perfect every time ! Great Video!!!
