  2. We were running out of time so by luck saw your YT vid. We had two hours till dinner so I wrapped the ribs like you did, put them in my PK grill which was about 300 degrees indirect. I did an hour and 45 mins, and then 15 minutes direct heat. I then removed the foil, put on the sauce and did another 6 minutes indirect.
They came out perfect, almost fall of the bone, but real moist and tender. You are right, this five hour stuff is BS. Thanks for the tips.

  3. Watching how to make ribs like this just made me a superstar. I used a different rub but holy hell my ribs were phenomenal in about an hour and fifteen minutes. Thanks for the tips and thanks for showing a way to cook this in a way that doesnt take 4+ hours

  4. IT WORKED!!!!!!!!!!

Just tried this after watching your video.
I used inexpensive pork ribs cut into 5-6 rib segments with the silver skin removed.
Half A$$ed wrapped in foil, not even tight.
Put on gas grill for 1 hour at 300F while doing yardwork.(did rotate from time to time)
Took them out of foil and sauced for 5 min or so

I can't believe it worked as well as it did. Thank you BBQ Pit Boys!!!!!!!
Cheers from up here in Canada.

P:S: I had the ribs marinating for 2 days in Ziploc bag containing a little Worcestershire, Soy sauce and Sinamak (spiced Filipino vinegar).

  5. I like the video. In my opinion these do not look good at all. They look like they were cooked in a regular oven. I will stick to the slow smoked 2-2-1 method.
