INGREDIENTS
Prawns – 500 grms [ cleaned and deveined ]
Olive oil – 1 tbsp
Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
Honey – 2 tsp
Minced garlic – 2 tsp
Pepper pwdr – 1 tsp
Red chilli flakes – ½ tsp
Salt
METHOD
Take all ingredients [ except prawns ] one by one in a mixing bowl.
Mix well .
Taste and adjust the marinade.
Add the prawns and mix well.
Cover and keep aside for 10 mins.
Heat a grill pan .
Drizzle few drops of oil all over .
Arrange the prawns .
Cook on medium flame.
Cook for 4 to 5 mins .
Flip and cook again on other side also for 5 mins.
Finally add 1 tbsp butter and give a nice toss .
Transfer to serving disg .
Serve with lemon wedges and any dip of your choice .
