I can unsee grill marks after watching Guga’s videos. Those aren’t grill marks, those are burnt marks! Haha
When did you turn the heat down on the other burners to the left?
The biggest problem with a BBQ is the lack of high searing heat. Most steak houses have grills or range tops Capable of very high temps, which gives the steak the sear needed to seal the juices inside. You can do this at home using a cast iron pan or flat grill on your stove top( gas preferred). Heat the pan until it's smoking…turn on your fan on high…I use olive or avacado oil to coat the meat before seasoning…the pan needs nothing then…. Use a meat thermometer always…125f gives you nice med to med rare.
Gonna do 5 boneless ribeye 1.5" thick each tomorrow for BBQ on my Blaze 4 burner!
Shouldn’t you have put it on a new, hot part of the grill when you flipped it?
After the 2 X 4 minutes each side in the flame, how long does he grill it for on the cooler side with the hood down please?
❤❤❤❤
Hi, we are Korean reality TV program “Europe Outside Your Tent : Spain”. We are now making the episode of Spain Camping and it will be really great if you could allow us to use this video in our show! We will be looking forward to ur response! Thanks!
That brought a tear to me eye.
Cooking in butter and salt is cheating.
10 minutes of rest? the steak gets cold….what's so good about resting it that makes a cold steak still worth it?
Did he call it a ribeye?
Is their an 'ideal temperature ' for searing? Or literally as hot as it goes?
Cool
Lo llevas al veterinario y lo salvas a eso jaja
Great video. When searing at the beginning, did you have the burner cover off to expose the flame?
Looks good but I would cover it in the butter and then put salt and pepper
Hi. In addition to the butter coating Did you remove the diffuser in your gas grill?
Did you save the butter for anything?
Don't know whether to get this grill or go with infared Otto Wilde type grill.
IT’S SO BEAUTIFUL 😭
Total eight minutes for searing
But almost how many minutes for cooking you didn’t tell, You only tell 120°
Did I miss it
Anyway does anybody know almost how many minutes for a steak like this
Nice streak
Perfect
Great guide! Thanks!
Appreciate the straight to the point style
Is the meat matured ?
Damn good job
this is not a real grill as it is done with gas not charcoal or wood.
