Onion koji is much better! Enzymes worked on the entrecote/red meat. Much softer and juicier

Great guide! I've found that a 12" cast iron pan works wonders for KBBQ at home if you don't have a special KBBQ pan. The meats taste so much more flavorful when cooked in a cast iron pan.
