Just to confirm oven temp. Of 200c. Is it the right oven temp? Its too hot for d bread pudding. It burned outside but not well.baked inside. What a waste!!

1. over soaking the bread in the custard mix before baking, will have it with a more creamy (but still firm) rich consistency
2. pouring the custard mix over the bread spread in the baking pan then lightly pressing it then immediately baking it, will give a more stable structure
