1/2 cup 100% pure pumpkin
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 evaporated milk
1 media crema or 8oz milk of choice
1/4 sweetened condensed milk
2 cups heavy cream
2 tbsp sugar
Splash Mexican vanilla blend
Caramel sauce
