short and to the point, I like it. Lately I've had it kinda with those overproduced, huge timesink cooking videos which (already cut out most of the prepwork and dirty dishes) still take 20 minutes to watch (let alone make the damn dish). I need more of those really quick and simple videos, mainly for inspiration.

Using greasy croutons sort of negates any health benefit from this otherwise cool recipe.
Easy? Sounds like a good salad, but 2 bowls, a cutting board, a plate, and a frying pan isn't really easy. Maybe with a professional kitchen, but I wash my own dishes. All of this could be simplified with precooked bacon, pre-cut or cherry tomato, pre-cut lettuce, and store bought croutons and dressing. I bet it's a good recipe, but not exactlY easy for a deconstructed BLT. zero stars for making something that should be easy way more difficult.

Instead of using oil to build the dressing, use the bacon grease. Double down on the flavor!
