Dani you're always so much fun to watch and learn from! i had some fresh kiwi that i needed to use,, so added 1 whole gala apple,, 1 whole orange, 1T flax, almond milk and water, and viola, a delish smoothie! my fridge/freezer isnt working correctly, so can freeze anything but small bags of mango, b'berries that i'll add 2 smoothies! cant eat any dark green products, so try to use cucumbers, roman, and or avocado, and frozen bananas when i can! thx:): kelli

Lemon zest, lemon juice, orange zest, fresh oranges or orange juice for flavor variety, vanilla essence, cinnamon, all spice, cloves, honey, dates, raisins, hemp seeds, moringa powder coconut milk, frozen papaya, bee pollen, nutritional yeast, pumpkin seeds, vanilla essence, sun flower seeds, almonds, black seeds( anti inflammatory, very pungent, tiny amount or else you will ruin your smoothie) sesame seeds or tahini, flax seeds are some of the ingredients I add in different amounts and combinations.
