If you salt and hold it up to 4 days before, how do you actually store those four days? Covered, uncovered, cheese cloth, serán wrap, other?

I tend to disagree on one point. I want more cap. The ribeye cap is the best part.
Add more Cooking time to the Roasting for Well Done or Medium Well Done don't like Under Cooking Beef or Meat in General.
