You don’t have to be a professional baker to make this soft and fluffy bread. Today, I will show you how to make it easy and you’ll be glad you’re making your own bread and not gonna buy anymore.
Here’s what you’ll need:
1 cup warm milk (236 ml)
1 tbsp sugar (10g)
2 tsp active dry yeast
3 cup all purpose flour (375g) + 1/3-1/2 cup for kneading
¼ cup sugar (50g)
1 tsp salt (5g)
1 large egg
1/3 cup melted butter (75g)
2 tbsp oil for your hand while kneading
Eggwash
1 egg and 1 tbsp milk
PORTUGUESE:

1 xícara de leite morno (236 ml)
1 colher de sopa de açúcar (10g)
2 colheres de chá de fermento seco ativo
3 xícaras de farinha de trigo (375g) + 1 / 3-1 / 2 xícara para amassar
¼ xícara de açúcar (50g)
1 colher de chá de sal (5g)
1 ovo grande
1/3 de xícara de manteiga derretida (75g)
2 colheres de sopa de óleo para a mão enquanto amassa
Eggwash
1 ovo e 1 colher de sopa de leite
ARABIC:
إليك ما ستحتاج إليه:
1 كوب حليب دافئ (236 مل)
1 ملعقة كبيرة سكر (10 جم)
2 ملعقة صغيرة خميرة جافة نشطة
3 كوب طحين لجميع الأغراض (375 جم) + 1 / 3-1 / 2 كوب للعجن
¼ كوب سكر (50 جم)
1 ملعقة صغيرة ملح (5 جم)
1 بيضة كبيرة
1/3 كوب زبدة ذائبة (75 جم).
2 ملعقة كبيرة زيت ليدك أثناء العجن
غسل البيض
1 بيضة و 1 ملعقة كبيرة حليب
OVEN – Baking time may vary depending on your oven’s specification. I’m using a conventional oven which heat rises from the bottom.
YEAST – Active dry yeast and instant yeast both help leaven bread and provide an airy, light texture, but they do so in slightly different ways and there’s one major difference in how you use them: Active dry yeast needs to be dissolved in water before using, while instant yeast can be mixed right into dry ingredients.

Wowww I love this recipe! I make it all the time for my family and they are always excited for it. I split it up into 12 in a big pan and they can’t get enough! Sometimes I even add chopped chocolate in the middle or a little cinnamon sugar! Really perfect fluffy and delicious recipe!

Everything went perfect until 2nd proofing. Its just not wanting to rise enough. No idea what I did wrong.

What kind of oil is best??
My second time making it, it's so good. I dont recommend the big roll tho because when I did it it didnt fully bake through, but maybe it's just for me, well anyways I am sticking to doing the three small rolls, but they r still very good.
