  1. This video is definitely great! It helps me remember of the time when my cousin used Okibetonic Secrets to get rid of 18 lbs and enjoy being healthy again! Many people would like to lose fat, but we also need to stay nutritious, and that is what Okibetonic Secrets given.

  2. Hi Tommy! So I made this smoothie this morning, everything was ripe besides the pear so I left the pear out… and I think I added close to 2 tbsp of chia seeds instead of 1. What I noticed was it had a very thick consistency. Is this normal? Or maybe I added too many chia seeds ?? Either way the flavour was really good 🙂

  3. Just got my Vitamix 5200 today and followed this recipe exactly as my first blend. I started it on 10 High as Tommy instructed. However I am now reading in the manual that you should never start it on 10 high. Did I cause damage to my new Vitamix in anyway. It did struggle for a while to get going. I had to really put some muscle behind the stick and start and stop it to get it going.

  4. 75 percent veggies greens most important part . As per Dr Brooke Goldner over load with hyper nutrition can't go wrong with more green smoothies Salads and Blended soups main meals new sub. 5. Can i make a suggestion for further detox and flavor potential? Add ginger root (compliments the kale and apple), a couple slices of frozen pineapple and a whole lemon (with peel). Gives it a nice kick and offsets some of the bitter flavor of the kale.
