  1. An Air Fryer is the same principle as a convection oven. I have a countertop rotisserie convection oven and this is the only way I cook them, with salt and pepper but no chemicals like that beef base – good meat doesn't need that.

If no one jnew this already , dont belong in the kitchen at all… PERIODT IJS… this isnt rocket science… you can make 98 percent of foids in the airfryer… i made a while hen one… I put it on roast until it was done than I added my "marinade" using the juices and seasonings from the hen… poured it in top rubbed butter all over it…than i putnit back set it to airfryer .. the perfect crust.. so itll def agree with this its better than skillet frying

  3. Uh….ok. I like the beef base and butter baste you used. Marco Pierre uses the same technique with knorr beef bouillon cubes and oil.
    The air fryer, I'm not a fan.
    Where's the maillard affect?
    It looks like something on camera, but I don't believe you.
    And the burger is well done. Medium rare/rare no good? How do you do that in an airfryer?
