Another neat tip is to switch out the almonds with other nuts to change the flavor and nutritional profile.
Anchovies make everything taste better.
I'm the only one in my whole family that does anchovies. It goes back to when I was 13 in 1968 raiding my neighbor's fridge of a line of anchovy paste! I'll have to scale this down for a personal batch.
