I must be the only one who cooks his spaghetti exactly the same way.Angel hair are way to thin and if you don't stir your pasta constantly they can easily stick.This is how my mom and grandma taught me.I sometimes also add a couple of cloves of garlic in the water to get my pasta garlic flavoured.I'm not Italian but who cares how they do it.I always love my slightly oily garlic flavoured pasta the way i do.You can eat it them without adding any extra sauce or cheese on top.

  2. mamma mia, what a disastrous way to have cooked this dish.  1st, don't add oil to your pasta water. 2nd, never rinse your noodles. Make your sauce beforehand, and then put the noodles straight into the sauce.
