Hi guys, keep points for you when you try this
1, Don't cut too thick, 1cm is perfect
2, Water need to be all absorbed
3, Leave it for at least 2 hours

I dont like the taste of bicarbonate on meat. Its fine tenderizing chicken if you rinse the chicken. Never tried rinsing beef.
