Thank you, great video. If I want to add more seasoning like red pepper and garlic powder, when would I add it?
And than your stomac explodes.
Nice one! Gonna try it! Thanks
Kiwi fruit is also a good tenderiser. Works really well on calamari too.
Is there a substitute to the potato starch?
WATCH OUT !!!!
RED YETI BEHIND YOU !!!
This is great! Going to try it with some pork tenderloin. Do you have to use the potato starch? I'm trying to keep it keto.
Oh my gosh..now I'm craving cubed steak with milk gravy 😂
Love your accent, sound like a posh Chinese man.
looks amazing
Wow
Can you use corn starch instead of potato starch?
After 5 minutes, isn't it cold?
Overcooked but that’s for sharing the method
This is what you call velveting
Legit!
now, can we get the bald react man to try this?
I dont like the taste of bicarbonate on meat. Its fine tenderizing chicken if you rinse the chicken. Never tried rinsing beef.
Ok, why does this sound like MR BEAN COOKS AT HOME 😂
Still looks tough!
Want to make a cheap cut of beef taste good? Buy a good cut of beef!
