  1. You weren't clear, was that asparagus? Please have your summer intern script writer mention asparagus more so we know what you're cooking. Btw, thanks for wasting more foil, and moving out of Vermont, we can't stand your pollution.

  2. Very interesting add-ons; I just drizzle EVOO, add salt & pepper, Italian Seasoning, wrap the asparagus in foil, and cook on the outside grille. Next time I’ll try adding the shallots, garlic, and lemon zest, too!

  3. Hmm… could you do this with a microwave pouch instead? Seems like the operative cooking here is really coming from steam – though, I suppose it's more gentle than microwaving, perhaps. I don't know! But maybe I'll try it out and see haha (obviously with something besides the foil).
