  1. Do not expect to find Paella in Brazil. Go for Moqueca instead. It is fish cooked with vegetables in coconut milk, with rice served separately.
    Cooking Spanish Paella while listening to Brazilian Bossa Nova in a restaurant named after Argentinean Tango… unrelated cultural icons of three different origins with nothing in common besides the US construct of "Latin".

  2. my friends, this is not paella! If you're going to buy all the ingredients, go and watch a guy called omar allibhoy who has a paella video on YouTube! A real paella! There is no onions or white wine in paella! Also the process here is all wrong! Please, if you're going to invest in a paella pan and ingredients, do it properly! This is not paella!

  3. This is not PAELLA, it looks like paella but in fact it's a rice dish.
    Think about that champagne it's only one type of champagne. If it looks the same but it's slightly different, it will be sparkling wine 🙂
