Hi everyone in this video i am going to share how to make baked pasta with ground beef and bechamel sauce .. it’s very delicious for dinner or lunch .. this is similar to the lasgana but here i use pasta indtead of lasagna.
INGREDIENTS
* 400g ground beef
* 300g pasta
* 1/2 onion
* 2 garlic
* 1 tomato
* carrot
* 1 tsp of turmeric powder , 1 tsp cumin powder, tsp of coriander powder ,1 tsp black pepper and 1 chicken cube , pinch of salt
* 2 tbsp of tomato paste
* 200 ml water
FOR THE SAUCE
* 3 tbsp of butter
* 3 tbsp flour
* 500 ml milk
* 1/2 tsp nutmeg
*1/2 tsp pepper and pinch of salt
Mozzarella cheese

I added the left out pcs of capsicums into the beef.. and rest followed the recipe.
