Fellow cooks….Please try this, take the Chicken Breast out at internal temp of 157. Let it rest 5 min under foil, the temp will rise to 160-162 = PERFECT, MOIST, and Safe.

Wow all this amount of chicken breast came out from one chicken?What are your factory-farming industries feeding your chickens and make such big breasts?They are ridiculously huge.They have twice the size of those we are having in my country or the ones that i'm raising myself.These pamela anderson breasts are probably a result of genetic engineering and generous amounts of antibiotics in their feed.
