This Beef Chilli Fry recipe is a home-style twist on the popular Indo-Chinese dish! Moist, flavour-packed strips of pressure-cooked beef are stir-fried with crunchy vegetables like broccoli, mushrooms, carrots, and capsicum — making it healthy and delicious.
Perfect for pairing with fried rice or noodles, this semi-dry beef chilli is made using simple ingredients and no deep frying. A special recipe from my husband’s kitchen to yours — kids will love it too!

Ingredients :

500 gms Boneless Beef (cut into long strips)
½ tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1 tsp Pepper Powder
½ tsp Salt (or as per taste)
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil (use as per your diet restrictions)
60 ml Water
2 to 3 tbsp Vegetable Oil (use as per your diet restrictions)
10 gms Ginger (finely chopped)
30 gms Garlic (finely chopped)
50 gms Spring Onion Bulbs (chopped)
2 large (200 gms) Onions (thinly sliced)
50 gms Carrots (sliced)
100 gms Green Capsicum (cut into long strips)
75 gms Broccoli (cut into florets)
5 to 6 Green Chillies (whole, slit or punctured) – use as per your spice tolerance.
1 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
70 gms Mushrooms (sliced)
½ tsp Black Pepper Powder (sliced)
½ tsp Salt (use as per taste)
1 tsp White Vinegar (use as per taste)
2 to 3 tbsp Spring Onion Greens (chopped)

Note : tsp is teaspoon
tbsp is tablespoon
Use Oil as per your diet restrictions
Use Chillies as per your spice preference
Always wash curry leaves & coriander leaves before use
