  1. I like your website but not giving access to recipes without paying for them is the same reason I disliked NYT website. Why is that ? Many professionals going back decades share recipes without paying for cookbooks,ebooks.magazines.newspapers etc.During times like this money is scarce!😣😣😟😟😟

  2. I set the microwave for 25 minutes. After 21 minutes, I was notified by my smoke alarm that the beets are done…waaaaaaay overdone. Just curious, is your oven an Easy-Bake by Hasbro? That cooking bulb inside may need replacement. The beets do however make nice decorative pebbles in my wife's garden.

  3. LOVE ATK and Dan especially… however, I REFUSE to provide my full name and email address and sign up/register in order to get the printed recipe!!!! I don’t want to receive newsletters, special offers, or to put my email out there just one. more. time. WHY ATK, whyyyyyy???! I just wanted to get the beet salad recipe to cook for Thanksgiving. That’s IT. I don’t WANT to belong to or join yet one. more. thing! PLEEEEEZE, just make the printed recipe open access!

  4. Love all the ingredients, not a fan of the layered presentation. If I were to make the salad I would toss (with less water in the yogurt to better cling or adhere to the beets?) just before serving. If served to me layered I think I might be somewhat disappointed and immediately start tossing at the table. As someone who used to make Caesar salad tableside, that final presentation is everything, particularly if you agree with 'we eat with our eyes' first. Hey, another great Dan vid from a great channel!

  5. Unfortunately, I'm a beet hater, they taste like dirt to ME. My final step in this recipe would be to use a large ATK approved silicone spatula and scrap it all into the trash can. But that's just ME, can't abide cilantro either, that tastes like soap.

  6. It's amazing wonderful and beautiful. That being said up until the last couple years I hate it them. Because as a kid I dearly love cranberry sauce brush made candy whatever but always with orange peel. Regrettably I attended a buffet and thought what I saw was cranberry sauce in slices from a can It was canned sliced beets. As a kid can you blame me?
