Wow, this worked amazingly, my loaf came out exactly like the video, except I used chia seeds. It's crispy crunchy on outside soft on inside; I've eaten half freshly pulled warm w/cream cheese 😋😋..
Fyi..US 1 cup = 236.588mill you said either 1 cup or 200mil..which one is ideal??
You didn't say WHERE to let dough "rest" I had to look it up separately; the search results say leave in" warm dry place" so I assume thats on the counter, I have never baked a bread in life so that's not something I would just know.

Mine is for 1 to 2 persons, maybe I need to do everything in half (cut the mixture in half, half time and temperature maybe?)

I could eat the whole thing!!! Absolutely delicious and easy. A little more salt perhaps but not really necessary. Highly recommend this! Leave it for second rise as long as you can.
