How long will the broccoli salad keep in the refrigerator? Can this be made a few hours before serving?
I tried this today and it was horrible!!! There is not tangy taste that regular broccoli salade has. If you like regular broccoli salade, do not waste your time and food. Stick to the original!
what was the point of cutting up the avocado if it was just getting blended in the food processor anyway?
I love broccoli but cooked broccoli needs to be frozen immediately otherwise it becomes mushy and spoils in the fridge within 2-3 days. This is one of the few veggies that goes bad quickly.

Omit the sugary cranberries and use pomegranate seeds. Then the salad is ridiculously healthy. 😉

used this dressing but with macadamia nut oil instead of olive oil, on a pasta/chicken/red bell pepper / peeled apple, and onions soaked in ACV for my son who has Crohns ulcerative colitis. Had to peel the bell pepper first. Was really good as we are in summer now, and cannot have many of our usual summer foods due to his dietary restrictions. Thank you. I will make your broccoli version for myself. xxx
