Ms Bean the new TV sensation is born!😊
Favorite veggie and favorite salad!! Yum!!
7 minutes for boiling the green beans seems way too long.. maybe two minutes max…

This woman is awkward and wooden
I thought you only used this lady in wok videos!?
Wow this woman is very particular and exact and cooks as a perfectionist! Love it! We need to see more of her!!
Totally making this over the holiday season.

Salivating
Like caesar dressing on a hot bean, cold tomato salad.
I could even hear it. The crouton was SO crunchy!
Nice! 👍
If you want to give an extra depth to the green beans, add some balsamic vinegar, peanuts, walnuts, sliced/slivered almonds, craisins, fresh oranges, tomatillos, jicama, sunflower seeds, etc., to kick up the protein/health benefits.
My mom (BLESS HER MISGUIDED HEART, CULINARY SKILLS! ❤ ) always used canned green beans. UGHHH!
Can you say "mushy", Mr. Roger's?
"Sure, I knew you could… " lol.

NO! AT 4:23 THEY ACKNOWLEDGE THE OMISSION OF A "CODDLED EGG".
LOOK IT UP, MY CHEFFIE FRIENDS!
HOW TO "CODDLE" AN EGG, which is basically pouring hot water (temp?) into a bowl with an egg in it.
Can also use a very soft-poached or raw egg in the recipe.

Hi!
Hey fellow Cheffies from Seattle… If you don't want to invest and/or deal with Anchovies, just invest in a small bottle of Asian FISH SAUCE. Japanese is the best for quality and/or shelf life.
Just a drop or two, to taste…
I know this hands down, because my mom was raised in Japan. True story…

Nice recipe ladies, i prefer the raw egg(s) in the dressing though. I like farm fresh, free range eggs from quality laying hens. The yolk is so rich, delicious. p.s. if you do not like raw egg(s) in your dressing, you can always add hard/soft boiled egg(s) to the finished salad as it is also delicious
I've made this twice since the first time you published the recipe. It's great.
I will add this to my salad recipes ! yum
Actually, if you can get your hands on THE JOY OF COOKING, any year of printing, you can know that the original recipe is from ALEC and CAESAR Cardini, two brothers.
They had an influx of visitors, including the Hollywood set and then-President Hoover.
When Caesar Cardini ran out of salad dressing, he, like ALL good Chefs, improvised.
Alec and Caesar Cardini.
