I don't usually comment but i cooked some dirt cheap pork chops with this recipe and they were the best pork i have ever had great flavor mild spice might add more cayenne pepper cus I like things pretty spicy also could have been the pork it was surprisingly very tender and moist although I made sure to cook it so it still had some slight pink in the middle I also subbed out the sage for dried thyme as I didn't have sage. anyways I would recommend this rub I also reserved some of the rub and put it in the frying oil then poured that over top the pork with a couple nobs of butter to melt slowly creating a nice "sauce" to dip the cut up pork into anyways there's my review and what I did differently. good recipe

  2. Absolutely! You could use the spice mix on chicken. Be sure to adjust the cooking time to make sure your chicken is cooked all the way through. Let us know if you make this recipe with chicken. Enjoy.
