  2. That isn't Mexican ceviche. Again, what's up with white people leaving every single meat raw. That shrimp is raw, okay. First, you marinate the seafood with the lemon juice for 30 minutes until the shrimp turn pink, add the vegetables, mix, and eat it with corn chips.

  3. I’ve never had ceviche but I love seafood and South American flavors. I make Aztec soup that is so amazing. I can’t wait to try this recipe. The best food in my opinion is simple, fresh ingredients with intense flavors. Thanks for the great recipe.

  4. It's so cool how you can make ceviche in so many ways. I personally add a few extra ingredients like avocado, and hot tomato juice. After trying so many ceviche cause its my favorite these few extra ingredients make it way better to me. don't care where it came from who ever made it is forever grateful in my eyes.

  5. https://whatscookingamerica.net/History/CevicheNotes.htm here is a bit of history on ceviche, though I wish some of you stop thinking of your selves as citizens of a particular country and start thinking of yourselves as citizens of the world. Stop this silly national pride, God did not devide the land, men did and stop saying me and mine or this and that is better than yours . That depends on someone's particular taste. Remember we are all members of the human race, STOP putting out there things that devide us and please ( to some of you, you know who you are) STOP BEING SO IGNORANT! Thinking you are better than anyone else doesn't mean you are! Ask God if He makes any distinction ! We are all brothers and sisters why not enjoy what's good in all of us. As a very famous culinary expert always says: " If it looks good, eat it."

  6. Wow people are being jerks in the comment section. There are many styles to cooking according country. We in the Philippines have menudo just like Mexico has its own menudo or empanada, etc..We even have our own ceviche which we call "kinilaw" but hey.

  7. this is stupid people arguing over food. I personally like good ceviche wether Mexican style or Peruvian as long as it's good that's what matters. People need to stop acting like they own everything like a bunch of little brats.
