We tried this , way too much of one spice, we couldn’t even eat this we threw it out. Normally as a chef we do a spice melody. This was great for concept. Perfect amount of onion and bean , and cheese ratios and your cook time is spot on for each step. But flavor damn I mean you already got salt, pepper, and chipotle just cut the chipotle down by half and add some cumin and lime zest or something. That was way too much of one spice.
way behind on watching this one, but this looks great and easy…
It’s 2:21am why am I watching this video and making myself hungry!!!

Amazing recipe
A taco dish without cumin? What kind of madness is this?!
I used to think, oh a skillet would be nice, after this recipe the skillet became a necessity. Great recipe Kevin!
Personally I loved all the videos where you show around Osaka, I rarely come across good videos with the same amount of knowledge about the place and cuisine.
One pan meals, made for me! 😁 That browning on top is more flavor! 👍
Definitely giving this a try.. 😝
Howdy, are you still located in Japan?
we are starting to preempt your recipes Mr Kevin… made beef & cheese tortillas yesterday with leftovers for today….. would like one of those cast-iron skillets though
Looks amazing, Kevin!!! 😋 I'll definitely try it one day soon!
Ahhh this sounds great with tortilla chips. Like a skillet nachos dip! Awesome idea once again.
