Or buy all already cut 😏I don’t like fennel 😏can I use onion?and instead of potatoes cauliflower ? I guess it would be totally different recipe 😏
We Persian ground our saffron and slack it in Tbs water to get the color out ! We been doing this for centuries and Persian have the best and the most expensive saffron in the world 🤷🏼♀️you can ask anybody Asian 🤔
Your hand is not a hammer. Please use a wooden mallet!
I watch you guys 24 7 on create PBS ♥️
THANKS YOU GOODNESS 🌟❤️🖤💚🤎 FAMILY DAPHNE COTTON ALWAYS 💜
Wow this is a lot
Looks delicious! I never had boullebase before!
Only problem I see with the bouillabaisse is the olive oil I find it disgusting
This recipe turned out very good. The chicken was crisp and juicy, the sauce has pretty nice flavor (though I was expecting something more bold). The rouille was rich and delicious (I made mine with these substitutes: turmeric, vinegar, and mayo).
can I add soy sauce instead of saffron.
Bro. Use a friggin pastry brush on those croutons!
For those of us who've never heard of rouille, you could've explained what it is before or while making it.
Dan is the most talented, charming, and handsome chef. He could fry me and egg and make me a cup of tea, and I would be very happy.
This guy needs to shave.
What about possible salmonella from the raw egg? Yikes
What are the serving plates they use in the test kitchen?
Bouillbaisse is a classic French seafood soup, actually good enough to be a main course. Look forward to you girls making chicken soup with fish or clam chowder with pork. American cooks are more amusing than most comedy shows.
Best chef Dan…makes me hungry nice dish thanks for sharing.. 👍🙏
love dan but this feels way too complicated
Can I use sambuca liquor instead of pastis?. please say yes.
Fennel core is actually totally edible, it's not tough and flavorless like a cabbage or pineapple core. It tastes perfectly good.
idk about the bread
Noting the oyster is a gimmick. Its starting the obvious. It's like saying hey someplace on this animal is slightly better than the rest and its half a bite. It is an extreme exaggeration. You can get chicken tenders at your super market. You can't really get chicken oysters because it's just nonsense.
I think that chicken dish is looking so delicious and I have to try making it myself and see how it taste to me.
Tarragon is such an under appreciated herb!
Great upload!
One issue, and it is OBVIOUSLY about personal preference, why oh why must everything contain OLIVE OIL?!?!?
Contrary to popular opinion this oil is NOT so healthy once a critical temperature have been reached and that is actually quite low considering searing and grilling temps.
Why not RiceBran oil, or Ghee, or SunFlower oil for a complexity of flavor?
Save the olive oil for the table and salad dressings.
Jesus.
So delicious 😋
over complicated
Nice ! I will do it. Thanks !
Dan is so fine. *swoon
